How important do you think Meditation is? A little… not much… essential? As you move through your path this changes. Years ago, I needed to meditate each and every day, several times a day. I was struggling with a lot of stress and anger. Meditation was the only way that I could release those feelings and begin again. Now, as I’ve grown older, I don’t need to meditate as much as I did then. However, I have noticed that my meditation has changed. They used to be quick “pep talks” with Spirit. Now, they are journeys. They might be less frequent, but they are longer in length and much, much more valuable to me at this stage of my life.
